Your to-do list

• Text me the public phone, full nursery address and service areaThe address will be public. Hours are already set as Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5, with nursery visits and pickup by appointment.

  What to send

  • The phone number customers should call or text.
  • The complete nursery street address and postal code.
  • The towns, counties or parts of PEI you want named as your service area.
  • Confirm that redearthrestoration@gmail.com is the public email.
• Text me the missing business details for the grant applicationsOne message is fine. I will put the answers into both guides.

  What I need

  • Who should be the applicant and main contact: Brandon or Becky.
  • The PEI registration or incorporation number and the legal incorporation date shown on the certificate.
  • Each owner's percentage of the company.
  • Whether the business is the applicant's main source of income, or whether it has an employee who will work at least 560 hours this year.
  • Sales from January 1 to today, your best estimate for total 2026 sales, and your best estimate for 2027 sales.
  • Your nine-digit CRA business number, if you have one.
  • A bank-generated void cheque or direct-deposit form for the business account.
• Send the receipts and payment records for the trailer, skid steer and work truckDump trailer bought July 23, mini skid steer July 26, and work truck August 14.

  What to send

  • A clear full copy of each receipt or invoice, including the vendor, purchase date, item description, subtotal and tax.
  • Proof each one was paid, such as the matching bank or credit-card record. You can cover unrelated transactions.
  • The make, model and model year of the work truck, plus a one-line description of how it is set up and used for the business.
  • Do not sort anything. Text the files to Levi and he will build the cost rows.

  • Horticulture and ecological landscaping for homeowners, organizations and public projects.
  • Ecological restoration, especially shoreline and coastal work.
  • Native plant nursery and seed sales, with visits and pickup by appointment.
  • Smaller supporting work can include site assessments, planting plans, native planting, invasive plant control, trail or path work, and incidental stone placement. No pricing will be shown on the site.
• Text me what you want on the driveway sign and any other signageAlso decide whether you want a vehicle magnet.

  Decisions to send

  • Rough sign width and height, where it will sit, and whether it needs posts or mounting hardware.
  • Whether the sign should show the logo, business name, a short line about native plants and ecological work, phone, website, or only some of those.
  • Whether you want one or two vehicle magnets, and the rough size or vehicle door they need to fit.
  • Any other signs you want priced now, such as a nursery pickup sign or a small directional sign.
  • Photos and rough measurements of the driveway location will help.
